Upgrading/downgrading your taxPRO plan is easy. Follow these steps...
- Log in to your customer control panel (https://store.taxprowebsites.com/clientarea.php)
- Click on SERVICES, then find your taxPRO subscription.
- Click on the ACTIVE service.
- On the left you will see an option to Upgrade/Downgrade
- Choose your upgrade/downgrade option.
Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to process your request and update your website accordingly. We may reach out to you for additional information to aid us in the upgrade/downgrade process.
