As part of your taxPRO service, once you complete the website wizard, you may request a professional review. A professional review consists of these steps...

- Verify SSL works (this is specific to the security features for your site)
- Make sure web forms go to a valid address that the customer checks (we will test the forms for delivery during this phase)
- Ensure that all forms, including the scheduler work properly (Note: some items require the Business or Professional taxPRO plan)
- Check for spelling and grammar
- Make sure that site elements are aligned properly (for desktop and mobile)
- Make sure the logo is legible (we will resize logo for clarity if needed, or make suggestions for possible changes if needed)
- Test the site navigation and links
- Make sure contact information is displayed
- Make sure the site has appropriate terms of service information, opt-out policies, etc.

Note: Certain changes may require fees and we will notify you of this beforehand. You can check our FAQs for what changes are allowed during the review phase.
